1. What Information I Collect

H5Game.win is a personal project. I do not run any analytics scripts, I do not set tracking cookies myself, and I do not have user accounts or registration. The site is static HTML pages, so I do not collect or store any personal data directly.

What Google AdSense collects automatically::

• Browser type and version
• Pages you visit and how you interact with ads
• Ad cookies to show relevant ads
• Nothing you type in - there are no forms on this site

2. How Information Is Used

Since I do not collect data myself, this section mainly covers what third parties do:

• Google AdSense uses browsing data to show you ads that might be relevant
• Your browser stores basic cache and session data to load pages faster
• I do not track visitors. There is no analytics on this site.
• AdSense has its own fraud detection systems
• If required by law, I will comply with valid legal requests

3. Cookies

This site itself does not set any cookies. However, Google AdSense, which runs ads on this site, may set cookies in your browser for advertising purposes. These are controlled by Google, not by me.

• Remember which ads you have seen
• Measure ad performance and prevent showing the same ads too often

• Detect and prevent ad fraud

4. Third-Party Services

This site uses two third-party services: (1) Google AdSense for advertising, which has its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. (2) GameMonetize, which hosts the game files. When you play a game, your browser loads it directly from GameMonetizes servers. I do not control what these third parties do. Their privacy policies are linked below.

5. Data Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so data between your browser and the server is encrypted. Since I do not store any user data, there is nothing to leak from my end. That said, no website can guarantee 100% security, and I cannot control what happens on third-party servers.

6. Children's Privacy

This site is intended for general audiences. I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has somehow submitted data through this site, email me and I will look into it. Note that there are no forms or registration on this site, so there is really no way for children to submit data here.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

• Request information about what data is stored about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request restriction of data processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
